These terms and conditions apply to your training program when you enroll into BNB courses online.
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling into the course.
For the purpose of these terms:
• ‘We’ and ‘Us’ means Think Trek ltd. BnB Campus is a brand name used by Think Trek for it’s services of online education.
• ‘You’ mean the student.
• ‘Adviser’ represents the person providing general support during your course of study.
Enrollment
The adviser will help you to choose the correct training course for you. We will assess your skills and knowledge and provide you advice and information before you start a training course. This is to make sure that you are enrolled in the correct course.
When you sign up for an online training program, we will provide you with an online tutor. Your tutor will provide support and guidance to you during your training course.
Your Course
Your course is an assortment of online software, tools and information in the website, and tutor support from us.
Quality of services
Reasonable skills and care will be used in providing the services to you.
Login Username and password
When you register with BnB Campus, you will be given a username and password. You must take care to keep your username and password confidential. You will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your username and password. You must not allow anyone else to use your username and password. It is your responsibility to inform BnB Campus immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or if you believe that your username and password are no longer confidential.
Your tutor
We will be responsible to provide you with a tutor for the period of your training. We reserve the right to change the tutor at any time as per course requirements. You are not allowed to share your contact details such as your telephone number, mobile number, email address or postal address. You cannot ask for personal contact details of tutor.
Our right to stop providing the services
We reserve the right to stop providing the services, if;
• You fail to pay the fees by the 10th day of due date.
• You fail to attend the course for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed upon a break with your adviser in advance.
• You violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
• BnB Campus decides that your actions are unacceptable.
• You act in such a way as to threaten, intimidate or otherwise harass our staff or other trainees.
Accounts/Payment:
We offer our first trial class free of cost without any registration but when you will like it and want to start regular classes you have to signup first and have yo pay in advance via PayPal. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit and debit cards, WesternUnion, MoneyGram and also local bank transfer.
When you pay via PayPal, they charge total 6% fee. we charge 2% PayPal fee from customer and 4% we pay by ourselves. In payment via other methods customer has to pay service charges or sending fee.
Class timings/Slot System:
One slot means 3 classes in a week and 12 in a month, we are responsible to give 12 classes within a month, student can’t move his/her classes to next month. Minimum class time is 50 minutes. If class time will be less than 50 minutes please report us at bnbcampus@gmail.com .
Our liability to You
We will not be liable if we cannot provide the services to you because of an event that is beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, storm, strikes or other industrial action, war, riots, failure of telecommunications services and/or actions of government or public body. In case of such event, we will take reasonable actions in order to recommence the teaching activities with the least amount of inconvenience. If training sessions are not delivered because of any such event, we will arrange make up sessions for those.
BnB Campus makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
To the extent permitted by law, BnB Campus will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or training program.
We are not liable for loss of any data on your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you save your data and have reasonable backup for it.
Except where the above applies, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim that you may have against us in connection with the provision by us to you of the services, which is otherwise not excluded in these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation where such claim arises as a direct result of any negligent technical advice provided by us, will be limited to the amount of course fee which has been paid or is payable by you.
Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is treated very seriously at BnB Campus. All the information that you provide to us when you enroll in a BnB Campus training program or at any other time is subject to BnB Campus Privacy Statement. Please read this. This explains what information we collect, when we collect it, what we use it for and who we can give it to. For further details on this, you can contact your advisor. By signing up for a training course, you agree that you have understood and accepted the terms of the Privacy Statement.
Discontinuing the services
BnB Campus has well paid qualified faculty to impart lectures to the student. However, if for any reason, student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at bnbcampus@gmail.com
General
We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the website at any time.
We offer 15 days money back guaranty.
Recurring date remains the same. if you are short with number of classes it will be provided to you at the end of your course if followed with explained procedure but the missing classes will never effect your recurring date and it will be your campus joining date.
You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by us or any of our representatives with regard to the services other than those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
What do I Need to start online training?
All you need is a computer and an internet connection. And yes, a strong desire and will for learning
Why do you offer a free Trial?
We offer a free trial in order to let you know about our teaching methodology and how useful it is for you. We offer this free trial without any cost or obligation. We strongly believe and recommend mutual understanding.
Why online training?
Time is the biggest economy therefore, in order to save your precious time; we impart 50 minutes’ training thrice in a week and 12 days in a month. According to educational psychology, a student should not be exposed to more than 45 minutes’ class. You don’t have to visit an institution, just by utilizing your computer and internet you can attend your class from anywhere.
How many classes are in a slot?
There are total 12 classes in a slot and these credits has to be used within a month, student can’t move his/her classes to next month.
What is duration of 1 class?
Minimum duration for our class will be 50 minutes. If our tutor is unable to provide you 50 minutes of class please report us at bnbcampus@gmail.com
What are the time slots I can choose from?
It’s not an issue at all. We have three different time Slots available for the students. Therefore, you can choose any one that suits you the best. We keep our schedule simple, flexible and manageable
Do I have to pay in advance for the entire course?
Yes, as usual. We know that all institutes and academies have the tradition to demand for up-front payment and we do likewise. Though, “down payment and installment” process is more flexible than payment in advance but we share this policy with other institutes.
What's the difference between Our Tutor and other online learning programs?
We’ve learned that none of our competitors can offer the comprehensive, broad-based curriculum that BnB Campus offers and none of them can deliver the results that we can. No one else in the online learning business uses a curriculum that has been exclusively developed for Internet-based instruction. And no one else can match our system for Individualized Direct Instruction through the Guided Study Program, which combines intense, individualized instruction with opportunities to apply and master the skills at hand.
Can I reschedule my class if I cannot attend or if I have missed a class?
You can reschedule your class timing provided we are informed in advance. When it seems that you cannot take the class owing to social and professional barriers, we advise you to inform us through mail before the occurrence of such situation. Then we will compensate certainly. Otherwise, we are free of any obligation if you do not inform us.
Can I get any discount in the fee?
Yes. According to our policy, if a person referred by you signs up with us, you will get discount in that month’s fee.
What Percentage of discount it will be?
All depends on referrals amount, usually we will give you 10 to 15% of referrals amount.
Is there any limit for referrals?
No, there is no limit for referrals, Supposedly, if you have 4 “referrals”, you will be declared exempted for that entire month. If you have 5 “referrals”, we will deposit 25% of your monthly fee in your account. What else do you need!
